What should I do if there is an issue with the luggage I received? If you encounter any issues with your luggage, please inform us and our dedicated team will respond within 12 hours.

How do I set the code for the lock? To set the lock code, follow these steps: 1. Turn the dials to the correct combination. (The original code is 0-0-0) 2. Press down the button with a pen, set the new combination (e.g. 8-8-8), then pull the square part. 3. Lock the case again, and now you can open the lock with the new code.

How do I use the charging port on the outside of the luggage? To use the charging port, follow these steps: 1. Open the front pocket and retrieve the cable inside. 2. Connect the cable to a power bank. (The USB input only works for USB output, and the USB-C input only works for USB-C output) 3. Open the external charging port, connect it to the cable, and then connect the cable to your phone.

Why wasn't a key included with my luggage? Our luggage features a convenient TSA lock that can be secured with a PIN code. Please note that we do not provide a key for this lock, as keys for customs locks are exclusively for use by customs officials.

Why is there no zipper pull on the interior liner zipper of the suitcase? The absence of zipper pulls on the interior of the luggage is a deliberate design choice to prevent potential scratching or damage to your items.
